Brass book holders for piano music desks, also known as leaf stays sold as a pair
These holders, made in our own workshop, are 3.5mm in diameter and will fit most pianos.
If they are too loose push a match stick into the hole first then wind in the hook.
If fitting into new wood, drill a 3mm hole (carefully!) wax the screw thread then wind the book holder in.
